British Arab Network Chairman congratulates Algeria on inauguration of Constantine as Capital of Arab Culture 2015

The celebrations were held on 16th April in Constantine, which is often referred to as the “City of Bridges” due to the numerous picturesque bridges connecting the mountains the city is built on
Dr. Moustafa said: “I would like to congratulate the Algerian people and Government on the inauguration of the magnificent city of Constantine as Capital of Arab Culture 2015. The city has a great history and beauty and is shining light of Arab culture to the world. It truly deserves this accolade. I have no doubt it will play a great role in boosting tourism and promoting greater relations with countries across the world.”
